As per the employee’s position in the company, the employee shall perform all essential job functions and duties. From time to time, STSK PropTech Pvt Ltd may also add other duties within the reasonable scope of the Employee’s work.
The employee has the right to participate in any benefits plans offered by STSK PropTech Pvt Ltd. Access to the benefits provided by the company will only be possible after the probationary period has passed.
It is understood that the first 3 months of employment constitutes a probationary period. During this time, the employee is not eligible for paid time off or other benefits.
During the probationary period, STSK PropTech Pvt Ltd also exercises the right to terminate employment at any time without any advance notice.
Following the probation period, the employee shall be eligible for the paid time off.
Bereavement leave may be granted if necessary.
It is the intention of both parties to form a long and mutually profitable relationship. However, this relationship may be terminated by either party at any time provided, 3 months written notice is delivered to the other party.
The employee agrees to return the company assets provided by the end of their last working day.
As an employee, you will have access to confidential information as per your designation. You are not permitted to disclose this information outside of the company.
During your time of employment, you may not engage in any work for any other employer that is related to or in competition with the company.
You will have to fully disclose the company any other employment relationships that you have and you will be permitted to seek other employment, provided that:
It does not detract from your ability to fulfill your duties, and
You are not assisting other organizations in competing with this company.
It is further acknowledged that upon the termination of your employment, you will not solicit business from any of STSK PropTech Pvt Ltd’s clients for a period of at least 3 months.
If the employee is from a foreign nationality, the employee shall be asked to submit the photocopy of passport, work permit certificate, visa, and all the other relevant documents asked by the company.
Any planned leave taken by the employee shall be intimated to the concerned person/manager/HR a month prior, and the employee shall be allowed to take the leave only after getting the necessary approval from them in written/through the mail.
Leaves taken without the approval from the concerned people shall be considered as a Loss of Pay.
The employee shall be allowed to take one sick leave per month. If the employee takes sick leaves for 3 days or more, the employee shall be asked to present the medical certificate to STSK PropTech Pvt Ltd.
The employee might be relocated to any of STSK PropTech Pvt Ltd’s branches or client locations based on their requirements and the employees shall be ready for relocating.
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the two parties and supersede any previous written or oral agreement.
If the employee resigns from the company during the probation period, he or she will have to serve a notice period of 30 days.
If the employee resigns from the company after the probation period of 3 months, he or she shall be entitled to serve a notice period of 90 days.
The employee may from time to time be prepared to work overtime on normal working days, Sundays, or public holidays.
The employee's salary/wage, less all statutory and agreed deductions, will be paid in the manner stipulated in the contract of employment (offer letter)
The exact scope and type of work, as well as the place where it is to be performed, is at the discretion of STSK PropTech Pvt Ltd and may change from time to time in accordance with STSK PropTech Pvt Ltd's operational requirements.
During client assignments, you are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the client. That includes policies relating to national holidays, working hours, code of conduct, etc. Your client-site reporting authority will be the decision-maker on all these. You will not undertake any work/service, which will not be conducive or run contrary to this assignment.
Each and every employee, deployed at the client location shall carry all of their valid documents such as Voter's ID, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, and other documents without fail. The employees shall also mandatorily take all the safety and precautionary measures at the client location while on duty to avoid any hazards at the client location.
It is specifically understood and explicitly binding upon you that you shall not at any time disclose, divulge or communicate to any person or persons any information whatsoever or secrets of confidential nature relating to the activity trade or business of all or any of the products/services of the organization relating to your area of activity or otherwise the disclosure of which is likely to be prejudicial to the interest of the organization.
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time, provided the written consent of both the parties are involved.
The employee agrees that he or she is fully authorized to work in India and can provide proof of this with legal documentation. This documentation will be obtained by the company for legal records.
The parties agree that if any portion of these terms and conditions to be void or unenforceable, it shall strike from the record and the remaining provisions will retain their full force and effect.
I hereby declare that the information provided above is true to the best of my knowledge. I accept all the terms and conditions proposed to me for employment by STSK PropTech Pvt. Ltd. and I will abide by all the terms and conditions till the end of my employment with STSK PropTech Pvt. Ltd.
