STSK PropTech Pvt Ltd accepts payments either by cheque or online transfer. We do not deal in cash transactions.
Multiple parameters help us determine the rent for your property. The most important ones are:
  • Location, number of rooms, property area, furnished or semi furnished, interiors etc.
  • Amenities provided with the property, example : lift, security,
  • housekeeping facilities,swimming pool services, club house, indoor and outdoor games etc.
  • You can very well avail our services by writing to us on support@stskproptech.com . One of our executives shall call you based on your requirement and assist you further.
    For any details with regards to the termination of the contract, you will have to write to us on support@stskproptech.com or get in touch with the respective Relationship Managers you’ll be assigned with. A notice period of 3 months from the date of the mail communication shall be served for the termination.
    For any issues or queries regarding any service, you can write an email to support@stskproptech.com, and it shall be addressed within 48 hours of the request being received.
    Generally we have a 90 days gap period for property verification but as per owner request, property verification can happen at any point of time after due confirmation on the date and time from the tenant.
    Government ID Proofs, Employee Id and details of the family members who will stay in that flat and a local reference from the tenant side.
    Certificate which includes:
    Government Id and property document stating owner name on the document like tax payment slip.
